Permanent Placement

This service is suitable for businesses who are happy to “pay as they go” to place full-time employees into their business.   This fee is calculated as a percentage of the annual salary package of the candidate placed.  This is the more traditional recruitment model that some businesses prefer.   Job Done Recruitment is happy to work with this model if it suits.


Short Term Fix

Contractor – Fixed Term

This service is often project based, and is suitable when your business requires a skillset that you won’t require long term.  The fixed term can be any length of time and can be extended with agreement of both parties.  For example … 3, 6 or 12 months may be chosen.

At the end of the fixed term the contract either concludes, or it can ‘roll over’ if both parties agree to an extension.    Commonly, at the end of the fixed term, the contractor may convert to a full time employee, whereby a fee is negotiated at that time between your business and Job Done Recruitment.

The rates are usually calculated daily, with timesheets requiring signoff from the contractor and employer.  Rates include payroll tax, PAYG, workers comp, insurances, superannuation, margin and fees.   Job Done Recruitment invoices your business, and pays the contractor making it easy for you.



Recruitment as a Service (RaaS)
